About New Era Revitalization Inc.
Founded in 2005, New Era Revitalization, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization based in Brooklyn, New York. Its mission is dedicated to strengthening communities throughout New York City, with emphasis on Central Brooklyn, by preserving and expanding affordable housing, enhancing community facilities and improving living conditions.
We work in partnerships with residents, local agencies, and services providers to combat community deterioration, reduce neighborhood tensions, and foster a safe, vibrant and sustainable environment.
New Era Revitalization, Inc. envisions safe, thriving, and resilient communities across New York City, particularly in Central Brooklyn – where affordable housing for all residents is secured and remains sustainable. New Era Revitalization, Inc. was founded on November 15, 2005. We are a non-profit dedicated to improving neighborhoods by collaborating with developers to facilitate the acquisition of affordable housing. We believe in engaging local community members in our initiatives, ensuring financial stability and integrity throughout our projects.
